RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted with prior approval within 14 days of receiving your order.

Closeout and clearance are final sales - no returns accepted. Sale items may be exchanged based on our in-stock, limited availability. Closeout & Clearance Items are Items that appear under the “Clearance” Tab on our homepage.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless we made a mistake.

Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags still attached).

Exchanges are not applicable; instead, you'll need to request a return and then place a new order for the desired replacement item. 

MINIMUM PURCHASE-BASED THRESHOLD:

If you received a discount based on a minimum order requirement (BOGO, $500 minimum etc.) and wish to return items resulting in your order value dropping below the minimum requirements, your purchase will no longer qualify for the discount and the value of your credit/discount will be deducted from your refund.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE:

During any 'Gift with Purchase' promotion, if you decide to return any of your purchased items, you MUST return the 'free gift' as well, otherwise the full retail value of the 'free gift' will be deducted from your refund.

HUNTING BLINDS & STANDS

  • ALL SALES REGARDING HUNTING BLINDS & OR STANDS ARE FINAL.
  • NO RETURNS AFTER THESE PRODUCTS HAVE LEFT THE PROPERTY.

PRE-CUT TINT KITS

  • Pre-cut tint kits are made custom to each order. Returns are not accepted, but refunds or replacements can be requested. You must contact us to request a replacement within 14 days of sale. All return/refund requests must be validated and approved before processing. They will only be approved if it is a manufacturer's defect. Kits must be in original packaging and cannot be installed on a vehicle. Once a return/refund is approved, it can take up to 7 days to receive a replacement or refund.

RETURN PROCESS:

Step 1: Contact Us
  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return.
  • You can contact us using any of our methods or simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We'll be happy to help! 
  • Please allow 24 – 48 hours for a response from us.

Step 2: Ship your Return Item/s to Us

  • Once you've received a response from us & we approve your return, you'll send your item back to us.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless we were in error.
  • We can provide you with a return label to print at home, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. You may also use the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.  
  • Please include a copy of the original packing slip inside the package.

Possible Fees if your item isn’t shipped back properly:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags still attached).
  • All returns will be charged a 5% restocking fee
  • If the tags are not attached on the return item, you will be charged a 20% fee, as we will no longer be able to sell these as a new item. 
  • Damage occurring to an item due to improper packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • If an item is returned & an Excell Motorsports team member has to spend time cleaning your return, or deodorizing an item that comes back with strong odors, or stains, you will receive a 50% fee on refund.

Step 3: Refund

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect your item/s.
  • If it is determined that your returned item cannot be returned to new condition, your return will be refused. At that time, you can pay to have the item shipped back to you. Excell Motorsports will email you an invoice for the return shipping. If the invoice isn't paid within 30 days, we will assume you don't want the item back and will properly dispose of it.

  • If your return passes inspection, you’ll be refunded your full amount back to your method of payment (minus the return shipping costs if you chose to use our shipping label)

  • Once we receive your return, it may take up to 14 business days for the return to be processed, the funds to be transferred, and the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
